Flashing Dog Collars for dark walks
This rechargeable light up dog collar requires no battery replacement and comes with a standard USB charging lead.
They light up the road and make you and your dog a visible object when it is very dark. They are available in three different colours and sizes.
The rechargeable light up dog collar can be trimmed with a knife or pair of scissors and a cut guide line is shown on the collar to guide you. This means that if you feel that any fine adjustment should be made you can make the collar a little smaller to fit.
They are made of silicone for softness, flexibility and strength. They are also light and easy to clean. These LED dog collars are designed to slip over the head or can be undone and fastened using the clip.
How do they work?
You simply press the press the red power button on the rechargeable light up dog collar and you then choose 1. Slow flash, 2. Fast flash, 3. Always on. A final push of the button will then turn the collar off. They have no lead or leash fastening so they can easily be positioned next to your normal collar. They are flexible and light and should not offer any distraction or discomfort.
Putting them on
Just place it over your dog's head. The ideal size is a collar that goes over the head with an inch or two to spare, but because they are flexible they can be applied even if it seems snug around the head.
Many customers also do not mind if the collar is on the large side as they can put it on so the lead which attaches to their normal collar is above it and this means the collar cannot pass the lead.
How do they charge?
They come with a supplied USB lead and can be recharged via this lead. Just plug it into the USB port on your PC/laptop/tablet or use a USB plug. Many plugs and adaptors for mobile phones also have a socket for a USB connection so in this case you could also charge this collar via a plug socket.
The LED flashing dog collars are also showerproof so they can withstand wet weather conditions when out on walks.

How do I put the collar on my dog?

The rechargeable light up dog collar can be placed over your dogs head, or you can unclip it and then put it around your dog's neck. The first method is best as they stretch slightly and are easy to put on and take off. If you attach a lead to your dog's normal collar you can also ensure that the flashing collar stays on. You can do this by putting the flashing collar on first. You will then put on your normal collar, and then attach the lead to the collar. This means that the flashing collar cannot come off as it cannot pass the lead!
