Shipping Methods, Locations & Costs

We know you want your new Wiggles and Wags pet products as soon as possible and we'll attempt to do anything that we can to meet your expectations.

Standard Service: Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after payment is processed but in extreme circumstances this may take a little longer.

We ship all orders from our distribution centre in Suffolk. Orders placed late on Fridays or Saturdays will usually be processed the following working day.

Royal Mail 24 Service: We now have an option for a 24 hour delivery at a cost of £7.50. Please note that your order will be collected on the day following your order date and then delivered on the next working day. Please note that a Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

Prices for standard shipping on all products to the UK - £3.95 on most small items including collars, harnesses and leads items and £4.95 on multiple items. If larger multiple items are ordered, postage for the standard service may increase to £5.95 for products with a medium to heavy weight. Cool mat postage to the UK is also £5.95. Please note that we are unable to ship some products through the express service due to the fact that we use drop shippers. This includes cool mats, a selection of collars and beds.

Orders of £50 or more qualify for a 10% discount off your total order value.

We regret that, due to restrictions beyond our control, we are not able to ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO Address.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays within the UK.

The billing for items purchased with a credit or debit card are secured upon order processing in full. If a refund or return has been requested prior to the order cut off of M-F, Noon EST, please see our Refund Policy for more information.
