A look back at how my business began

Looking back at past customer photos has made me think about the early years of my little UK business. I started small, selling only a few items on a single table stall at local dog shows one summer. I sold "made to order" beds and coats to start with.

When the long Summer days turned into darker cooler Autumn nights I started selling Reflective and waterproof coats. I also designed a drying coat to add  to the collection. The Snugglezzz drying coat.

My wonderful husband designed my first online web store for me. And after lots of research, not only looking at the best products for dogs and their owners but also completing a National Diploma in Canine studies, so I could understand a dogs behaviour and better understand their needs. I added to my collection with wonderful products from Truelove.

I'm now a certified Truelove Reseller in  the UK. And I'm so very proud of my small UK business and how much it has developed and grown, especially when competing with larger stores and online companies.

My journey and growth is not only down to my hard work and research but to all my wonderful loyal customers, old and new. So a big Thank You to you all.

I love hearing how my advice and the products I sell have helped you train new puppies, made stressful dog walks become calmer and stopped dogs pulling on the lead.

I also love seeing all your wonderful dogs enjoying days out with the products you've bought from me, so please keep sending me your photos so I can continue to add them to our gallery. It makes me very happy.
